At Branson Dental Center we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We accept many insurance types (non-HMO) and we file on your behalf.
We are currently in network with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna PPO and Metlife PPO. However, we will file, as a courtesy, many insurances including:

- Kansas City LIfe
- United Concordia
- United Healthcare
It is important to bring your dental insurance ID card to each and every appointment so the information can be reviewed and verified. Please inform our staff if there has been a change in your coverage. Having your most current information will help us in processing of your claims.
It is important for patients to review and understand their dental insurance plans. Many plans have waiting periods, frequency limitations, a calendar year maximum, exclusion clauses, copayments and deductibles.
All charges for services are the patient’s responsibility regardless of insurance coverage. We will help our patients file their dental insurance but we cannot guarantee your plan’s reimbursement. A pre-estimate can aid a patient in knowing how your dental insurance plan will cover a service BUT be aware that insurance plans have a disclaimer that states “Pre-estimates are not a guarantee of payment.”
It is important if you are establishing as a new patient that you check with your insurance carrier on services that have a frequency limitation. On most dental plans, radiographs, examinations and adult prophys (cleanings) generally have a frequency limitation.
